In the event that a package is returned to the sender due to customer-related issues (e.g., refusal of delivery, incorrect address, failure to collect), the customer shall bear full responsibility for any reshipping fees, return logistics costs, and administrative handling charges.

If a parcel is confirmed delivered by the courier but not received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local carrier and investigate. We do not assume liability once delivery confirmation is issued.
8. Risk of Loss
All risk of loss or damage to Goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any Goods lost or damaged in transit. Customers are advised to request insured shipping if available.
